Information about Extreme Self-Care

I hope everyone had a great Easter.  I know Passover is coming up in a few weeks too.   Holidays are terrific times to kick back and take extra great care of yourself.

I promised on last week’s IB that anyone who wants it can have a copy of the Extreme Self-Care worksheets.  Please feel free to write a blog about how you are stepping up your self-care and whether you would like the worksheet.  You can also email me privately at chris@wellformance.com if you don’t want to publically make your request.

 Cheers,

Dr. Chris

Anyone interested in how cell phones are dangerous?

We’re going to have an amazing guest on The Objective Edge coming soon (date to be announced)….Dr. George Carlo, founder of the Safe Wireless Initiative.

I’ll keep you posted here.  Dr. Carlo was originally hired by the cell phone industry to prove that they weren’t dangerous.  Get this: the FDA allowed cell phones on the marketplace to consumers BEFORE ANY SAFETY STUDIES WERE DONE!

Dr. Carlo does his well-funded studies and finds that they are extremely dangerous due to the near field and far field radiation plumes (heck - it stops pacemakers and kills folks!) and wants to publish his work.  So what does the greedy cell phone industry do?

Ah - you have to tune in to find out, but it ain’t pretty!

I’ll be carrying his message over on innovation boogie the week we air his interview, so if you can’t catch it on Objective Edge be sure to tune in to Innovation Boogie.  Again, I’ll be announcing the exact date of airing so you don’t miss it.

Anyone out there know of a loved one or friend who had problems due to cell phones?

How many of you began better self-care after the show Thursday?

Were any of you moved to make some changes?  You can begin anywhere - physical, mental, environmental, emotional, relationships, career — what aspect of your life needs a little “spring cleaning” to free up some of that energy for YOU?
